Savoola Returns & Exchanges

At Savoola, we want every piece you receive to feel comfortable, supportive, and right for you. If something does not fit as expected, our support team is here to help.

1. 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

For order cancellations, we can provide a full refund if your order has not yet been shipped or processed for fulfillment. Once the order has been dispatched, it will need to follow our standard return procedure.

2. Return Condition

For hygiene and quality reasons, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received

Please note that customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.

3. How to Start a Return

To begin your return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

Contact Us
Email us at service@savoola.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package
Place the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and accessories if applicable.

Return Review
Once we receive your package, our team will inspect the item and notify you by email.

Refund Processing
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? We’ll be happy to help.

Please contact us first at service@savoola.com. After your original item is received and approved, we will arrange the exchange based on product availability.

Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges caused by size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Savoola will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to personal preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully check product quality before shipment, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Email service@savoola.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, we understand how frustrating this can be.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please contact us. We will help guide you through the next steps with the shipping carrier.

8. Delayed Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or payment provider.

You may also contact your credit card company or bank, as it can take several business days for a refund to appear officially.
